Dear Parents,

You should have received a letter from Mrs. Stutzel outlining the protocol for our classroom pick-up next week.  If not, I just wanted to review a few safety procedures.

1.  Masks must be worn at all times.

2.  Only the student and one escort will be allowed to go to the classroom (no siblings, pets, etc.)

3.  Parents may make the pick-up if they are concerned for the child's safety.  (Actually, I would be willing to drop things off to your homes if that is more convenient.)

4.  Students will meet teachers at the classroom door.  There will be spacing cones set up in advance to help with social distancing protocols.

The time allotted for our class is Tuesday, June 9th, from 11:15 to 12:15.  I have most of your child's desk items, art projects, etc. already bagged on their desks.  I will also have some items for their memory books (to add at home) and a summer gift.  These can be put into the bags as well.  I will be there all morning on Tuesday so you can come by earlier if that is more convenient.  We just want to make sure we are safe and not too crowded.
