We have an exciting year ahead of us! To prepare your child for a successful 3rd grade experience, the following supplies are recommended. Please send them in with your child on the first day of school. 

 

- 1 white, 1” three ring binder with the CLEAR VIEW sleeve (name on inside) 

- 25 clear sheet protectors 

- 1 pair of ear bud headphones for Chromebooks (send in Ziploc, labeled with name) 

- 3 plastic poly folders (each with 2 pockets & sturdy)  

- 1 wide ruled single subject notebook with a red cover 

- 1 box #2 pencils sharpened 

- 1 box 24 Crayola crayons 

- 1 box of 12 Crayola colored pencils  

- 1 box of 10 Crayola fine line colored markers 

- 4 black ultra fine point (skinny) Sharpie markers 

- 2 fine point (regular size) Sharpie markers  

- 4 Elmer’s glue sticks (standard size) 

- 2 dry erase markers (black only please) 

- 1 small dry marker eraser 

- 1 handheld pencil sharpener with a lid to collect pencil shavings 

- 1 container of antibacterial wipes (Clorox/Lysol) 

 

-Approximately 10-15 pictures your child can use to decorate his/her 3rd Grade Portfolio, printed on either photo or regular paper. The photographs can be of him/her, family members or any other pictures they choose. Photos will be used in a collage, so they won’t be returned intact. Send them in a Ziploc bag with your child’s name written on the outside. We’ll use these the first week of school. 

 

- 1 ruler (centimeters & inches) to be kept at home
