Social Emotional Support

Dapplegray Families,

As educators, we are dedicated to serving children and supporting the development of the whole child. As the school psychologist at Dapplegray Elementary, it is my role to support your child's mental health and well being. In addition, to working directly with students, I consult and collaborate with teachers and families to promote their social emotional development.

If you have any concerns or questions about your child's mental health, school performance, or well-being, I can be reached at: [email protected]

Kindly,

Miss Buenrostro

Counseling Support Services

Each elementary site has a school psychologist available to support the social-emotional needs of all students on campus. The school psychologist is a resource to students, teachers, and parents when a student is struggling with concerns related to mental health, social relationships and academic growth. School psychologists can connect families with community resources and provide guidance on how the school team can support students experiencing crisis. Click the link below to access the referral request form to connect Miss Buenrostro.
