Our physical education class is designed to meet the Physical Education Model Content Standards for California Public Schools. Students develop skills and positive character traits that are important for overall well-being. In addition to fulfilling the California Content Standards for physical education, our focus is on creating healthy habits and making physical education fun, inclusive, and appropriately challenging. All lesson plans are designed with available adaptations and extensions to meet the needs of each grade and all skill levels. Our team is dedicated to the physical fitness, safety, and overall well-being of all students.
